Synopsis
Tacky is back and he's in trouble again. Tacky sets off for a bit of windsurfing and finds himself on a tropical island where an elephant mistakes his Hawaiian shirt for a bouquet of flowers and holds Tacky captive. How he gets himself out of this mess makes for rib-tickling fun.
