Synopsis
Originally published as The Lion Who Wanted to Love. Leo is not your average lion cub. Instead of eating antelopes and zebras, he'd rather hug them and be their friend. Leo's mom and the rest of the lions don't understand his bighearted attitude toward what they think of as dinner, and they tell him he has to leave the pride if he won't learn to hunt. So Leo goes to live in the jungle, where he teaches baby birds to fly and nurses injured animals. But when Leo himself gets into trouble, will his new friends help him?
